Why to rent with us

1. We are not online company, but managing apartments and working directly with the owners- you will not overpay to many intermediaries.

2. All the offered apartments are in Old Town, the centre of tourism and nightlife.

3. They all are self catering apartments with fully equipped kitchen for preparing quality meals, table-ware, washing m., bed-clothes, towels.

4. Apartments have internet access (DSL), telephone, Sat TV, CD or musical centre.

5. The reservation is made by sending e-mail and receiving confirmation.

7. You will have no problems with reaching the place- we offer airport pick up by our employee for EUR 15-20. If you choose to find the place yourself the property manager will meet you at the apartment.

8. Payment is to be made on arrival in EUR or Ls, however, you can pre-pay the accommodation by transferring money on the company's bank account. On hanging over the keys you pay guarantee deposit EUR 50.
